Police visit to Maghull nursery

Hello, hello, hello, what’s all this then? A Maghull nursery was visited by police this week, but everything was above board.

Local PC Dian Bradley was invited to It’s the Little Things on Liverpool Road South as part of the nursery’s topic of 'People who help us'.

She spoke to the Pre-School Owls about the importance of helping others and how to stay safe. Room leader Cheryl Halsall said the children were "mesmerised" by their visitor. "They really enjoyed it and were still talking about it after the policewoman had gone," she added.
